City representatives will describe how to use the City’s vendor portal, Vendor Connection, and provide an overview of the procurement process. This will include information on the procurement models used, such as: Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), Invitation for Bid Best Value (IFBBV) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
