A bit about my business - I launched and bootstrapped Give Realty in 2008, mere weeks before the financial crisis. The "light bulb" business idea was a result of my divorce and a dollop of Catholic guilt. Creating the brokerage was the bravest and most rewarding thing I have ever done. Give Realty is very proud to have donated over $520,000 for more than 140 nonprofits though our unique business model.. Allowing our clients to donate 25% of our gross commission to the nonprofit of their choice is anomaly in the real estate world. By helping our clients become major donors to NPO's they are passionate about, we have been able to differentiate ourselves in the real estate market and find the type of client we want to work with. All while having a positive impact in our community.
